Happy Easter!

Well Easter is almost here and I thought " Yes, EASTER PICTURES!!" So me, being the mean mommy that I am, went out and bought the little man a bunny suit. Seriously people, how long is it that they are this little and we can dress them up in cute, dorky outfits? I know everyone will laugh and tell me how much he will hate me when he is older, but I did it anyway. Besides, I have embarrassing pictures from when I was little and I am sure all of you do to. It's a right of passage to have kids and get to dress them up dorky. I also took the time to get some other pictures of him. During this photo shoot I realized how big of a ham my son is. All the ladies had to do was look his way and he would shoot them the worlds biggest grin. Manny and I are in BIG trouble when this one gets older. He will definitely be a charmer, just like his daddy. So, I have discovered that photography is a rip off!! With the right camera and the right computer program, you can take the most amazing pictures on your own. My best buddy Ashley and I have become obsessed with photography and how to get a great picture. She downloaded a free trial of photoshop and has been obsessed ever since. My brother, being the great guy that he is, is so generously giving us the complete version of Photoshop CS3, which is $900!! So we are super excited, and who knows, maybe one day, you'll be calling Paper Daisies Photography for a cheap(in price, not quality) one of a kind photo shoot! Sleep on that!

Rascal Flatts

Well, well, well!! Let me tell you what an amazing man I have. Yesterday he treated me to a day full of friends, cocktails and Rascal Flatts. We started out our day with breakfast and then we went to look at this BEAUTIFUL house!! It's amazing and I am keeping my fingers crossed that we get to live there, but that's a blog for another day. So after the amazing house, we dropped of our little guy with his Grammy (my mom) and off we were to be Vegas Vacationers. We checked into our room at The Mandalay Bay Hotel around 3ish. The rooms there are awesome. So cute and comfortable. They even had a flat screen in the bathroom, which made Manny happy. Him being a male, had to go around and turn the TVs on just so he can play with them. Me, I was in aww of our view. Yes, I know we live in Vegas and we see the city all the time, but you forget how amazing it is. Once we got settled in, we went downstairs to the Border Grill and met up with Manny's brother Jay, and his girlfriend, Donna and some other friends of ours. We just drank some cocktails and enjoyed cheese dip and guacamole, YUMMY!! It was the perfect afternoon. It was so perfect that time flew by and the next thing we know, we had only half an hour until we needed to be ready and at dinner. Oops. Needless to say, we hauled upstairs and got ready. We put on our nice clothes and off we were to dinner. My Tiny =) and her hubby Jon joined us for dinner at the Red, White and Blue grill. After dinner, it was Rascal Flatts time baybee!! I was so so so so so excited, they are my favorite. We got into the arena and found our seats, they were great seats! The band ended up popping up from underground right in front of us. It was awesome! They put on an amazing show. It was great to be there singing along to all their songs with my man and his brother and friends on one side and my tiny on the other. Can't ask for better company. The concert had to end and everyone had to go home, but not us! We were babyless for the night and going to live it up. We played some roulette and some slot machines, no big wins, but we walked away even. It was just fun to be playing. After that we sat in the Eye Candy lounge. It was a pretty nice place, but too clubish for us, so we called it night. It was an amazing day from start to finish, all thanks to my wonderful Fiance.

Our trip to California

Back in February Manny and I took Zachary to California for his first time. We stopped at Disneyland to see Mickey Mouse. He seemed to love it there. Of course I was in heaven because Disneyland is my favorite place to be, not to mention I got to go there with my two favorite guys! =) We got to take him on the Winnie the Pooh Ride and the train ride. He loved the train ride because the wind was blowing in his face. Lately we have discovered that he loves the wind. The next day, we took Zachary to the beach. He LOVED the sand. I set his toes down into it and he just started laughing and curling his toes. When the water hit him, it was a different story. Cold salt water is not his thing, at least not yet. We spent the day in Laguna walking up and down the store fronts. While there, we got to see so many Vintage cars, which made Manny happy. I love seeing them too and now I know way more about cars then I ever thought I would thanks to manny teaching me about every car that drove by.
